Have you ever been at the right place at the right time? Six Beans owners Amy & Margie have... and now, luckily for Atlanta, their shared dream is a reality!

Margie (below on the right), a rocket scientist who has always had a passion for cooking, was inspired to open a fabulous prepared foods shop, based on a revolutionary concept in Boston. She met Amy (below on the left), a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, learned of her comprehensive background in restaurant management and wine sales, and the two discovered that they shared a similar outlook on life that included a love of great food and wine.

Their two very different backgrounds provided a springboard to develop a unique perspective on the pros & cons of the traditional structure of restaurants. Both admitted "foodies" who were, themselves, strapped for time, the two women shared ideas of a place that would revolutionize the way people eat and shop for food.

Together, they envisioned an order-ahead service where professional chefs would prepare all-natural non-processed real food, just the way the customer likes it (even for picky eaters), offer a wide variety of foods so that a complete meal is offered, and add the time-saving convenience of online payment and curbside take-away. "We want delicious, healthful food! We want convenience! We want efficient, friendly service!" That's what they believe their customers want as well.

And so Six Beans was born! Now these culinary visionaries are getting things cooking.
